•Reworked command auto-approval with AST-based shell parsing and secret redaction, blocking chained destructive commands and removing secrets before logs reach the model.
•Improved large-repo support with .gitignore-aware indexing, symbol caching, bounded context retrieval, and a tool for reading large build and runtime logs.
•Fixed agent verification so blocked file writes and unverified test claims cannot be marked successful.
